L’articolo illustra la risoluzione dal problema di umidità di risalita capillare in un edificio storico, l’ex Convento delle Agostiniane di Monte Carasso, dove il fenomeno si presentava molto accentuato. Si riportano le misurazioni tecniche e lo studio delle relative cause ed infine la risoluzione. La risalita capillare è stata risolta in modo totalmente naturale: tramite un principio di fisica quantistica, il dispositivo Biodry, capta le onde del disturbo elettrico presente nel muro, causa dell’attrazione delle molecole dell’acqua verso l’alto e all’interno della muratura, e fa in modo che esse vengano respinte verso il basso e quindi tornino nel terreno.

The article illustrates the resolution from the problem of capillary rising damp in a historic building, the former Convent of the Augustinians of Monte Carasso, where the phenomenon was very pronounced. We report the technical measurements and the study of the related causes and finally the resolution. The capillary ascent has been resolved in a totally natural way. Through a principle of quantum physics, the Biodry device captures the waves of the electrical noise present in the wall, causing the attraction of the water molecules upwards and inside the wall, and makes sure that they are repelled towards the bass and then return to the ground.
